Rates and Renting Calypso     

Calypso is optimal for 12 guests, with 6 bedrooms/full bathrooms, a spacious and fun floor plan, and a superb beachfront location in the middle of the island. Calypso provides a combination of features unmatched by any other rental house on the island. 

With advanced approval, a few extra guests (preferably children) may be accommodated at an additional charge on air mattresses or folding beds. Pets by permission only. A security deposit may be required.

The following rates do not include the additional fees for charge cards or the mandatory 10% Bahamian lodging tax.

 

 

March through August

$4,500/week for 3 bedrooms (6 people)

$1,500/week for each additional bedroom (up to 6 bedrooms, 12 people)

 

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Week

$9,000 per week

 

 

September through February 

(except for holiday weeks noted above)

$3,500 for 3 bedrooms (6 people)

$1,000 for each additional bedroom (up to 6 bedrooms, 12 people)
